Ticketing Policies

Purchasing: The number of tickets offered per showtime is limited; to guarantee admission you must purchase tickets online in advance. Tickets are available for online purchase starting 40 days in advance. Walk-in purchasing is subject to availability. Ticket prices are based on age. A ticket is required for each individual aged 2 or older. If you wish to use a Chipper Card to book your ticket, call 503-233-5777 or email M-F between 9 AM and 4 PM.

Refunds and Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for the date/time set at the time of purchase. In cases of emergency, the date for the ticket validity may be rescheduled by emailing a minimum of 72 hours before the original reservation date/time.

Arrival Time/Departure Time: When booking your ticket, you are selecting the date and start time for the show you will attend. Doors open approximately 30 minutes before the showtime. The show is approximately 60 minutes long.

Oaks Park Attractions: Oaks Park attractions are sold separately. Attraction ticket capacities are limited and tickets must be purchased online in advance; visit

Food & Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Each ticket includes one hot chocolate. Additional snacks and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, will be available for purchase during your show.

Pets: Pets are not permitted at the show. Service animals are welcome.

COVID Mandates:  Current State mandates require all individuals 5 and older, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask while indoors except when actively eating/drinking. Masks are also strongly encouraged for children 2-4 years old.
