Preferred Caterers

Effective March 1, 2022, Oaks Park no longer offers in-house catering. We instead now offer a list of terrific local preferred vendors. Oaks Park does not charge additional fees or require additional paperwork when you use a preferred caterer.

The list of preferred caterers is subject to change for 2023.

With 40 years experience serving groups up to 5000, Buster's Barbecue is going to make your next event memorable. Whether you choose Buster’s full-service, on-site catering, or ready-to-serve delivery, your guests won't be able to get enough of our Texas style, slow smoked meats and homemade side dishes.


Elephants Deli

Elephants Catering & Events is perfect for any event, from a family celebration to a gorgeous black-tie gala. We use only the freshest ingredients paired with impeccable service. Holler PDX

Sellwood's family-friendly sports bar is excited to take care of groups of up to 200 and celebrate summer with all of your party needs! Offering picnic-style fried chicken, sandwiches, classic sides and dessert. Holler Treats specializes in beautiful wedding and special event cakes!

Rip City Grill

Since 2008 Rip City Grill has been pleasing the masses. In a nutshell, we grill everything onsite with our giant wood fire BBQs and serve it buffet style. We use high quality ingredients and always bring enough food at a fair price. Meat and fire let us quench your crowds' primal appetite.

Oaks Park Pizza

Pizza must be purchased from Oaks Park; outside pizza is prohibited.

$27 per pizza

Cheese, pepperoni, veggie, and 1/2 & 1/2 available.

Available by pre-order only. Pies are 16" with 12 slices per pie. Pizza will be delivered to the Dance Pavilion by Oaks Park staff at a pre-arranged time. Includes disposable 10" paper plates.

Concessions Vouchers

$13 each

Vouchers may be redeemed for any combo baskets. Baskets include fries and a 16 oz. fountain drink.

Vouchers are only available for events that are scheduled while the amusement park is operational. Guests must redeem their voucher at the Midway Grill. A minimum purchase of 25 or more is required. Vouchers are non-refundable. Vouchers are valid on any operating day of the season in which they are purchased.

Ice Cream Tickets

$3 each

Treat your guests to a tasty chocolate, vanilla, or swirl soft-serve cone!

Tickets are only available for events that are scheduled while the amusement park is operational. Guests must redeem their ticket at the Midway Treats concession stand. A minimum purchase of 25 or more is required. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are valid on any operating day of the season in which they are purchased.

Outside Catering

Outside caterers are defined as any entity not on our preferred caterer list, with the exception of grocery stores, being paid to provide food or beverages. You are welcome to hire an outside caterer but some additional fees and paperwork requirements do apply. A fee of 20% of your caterer's total invoice applies and the caterer must complete an Oaks Park Policy Acknowledgment and supply us with a certificate of insurance a minimum of 21 days before the event date, and provide a copy of the invoice a minimum of 10 days before the event. To-go, pick-up, drop-off, and full-service style catering orders are subject to the outside caterer requirements and fees.

Homemade Food

Private, invitation-only events may provide homemade food with no additional fee required.


Alcohol must be purchased from Oaks Park and must be ordered a minimum of 28 days before the rental date; outside alcohol is prohibited. Dance Pavilion events are required to hire Oaks Park bartending staff at a rate of $35 per server, per hour, in order to have alcohol at the event. Fees include plastic barware.

24 bottle case of 20 oz. Dasani bottles.

Soft Drinks: $40

24 bottle case of 20 oz. bottles. Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Barq's Root Beer, Fanta Orange, and Minute Made Lemonade are available.

Coffee Service: $100

Up to 200 servings of coffee, decaf, and assorted hot tea served in self-service containers. Includes white paper cups, sugar, sweetener, creamer, stirrers, and staff to stock/monitor throughout the event.

Punch or Iced Tea Service: $100

Up to 200 servings served from glass counter-top dispensers. Includes plastic cups and staff to stock/monitor throughout the event.
