Party Pizzas

16" pies from our exclusive pizza kitchen are an affordable and seamless way to feed groups large and small and are a great option for events with a broad range of ages. Pizzas are delivered hot and fresh directly to the Dance Pavilion at a pre-arranged time and include disposable 10" paper plates.

Each pie is 12 slices. We recommend one pizza per 6 guests. Pizza must be purchased from Oaks Park; outside pizza is prohibited.

Coffee, Punch, Soda, & Water


On event day, you're going to have your hands full. Leave the heavy lifting to us with the convenience of beverages from Oaks Park! Fees include all equipment needed to keep drinks hot/cold and staff to keep beverages stocked and tidy.

Coffee Service: $100 Up to 200 servings of regular coffee, decaf coffee, and assorted hot teas
Includes sugar, sweetener, creamer, disposable coffee cups, stir sticks, and beverage napkins.

Punch, Lemonade, or Iced Tea Service: $100 Up to 200 servings
Includes 7 oz plastic cups and beverage napkins.

Table Water Service: $1.25 per seat Pitchers and water goblets at the seating tables
Includes staff to refill pitchers throughout the event.

Case of Soda: $20.50 24 12 oz. cans
Case of Bottled Water: $28 24 20 oz. bottles

Extra Bags of Ice: $8 Need ice for food or for drinks you're providing yourself? Cross it off your list by ordering 20 lb. bags from us and they'll be waiting for you in the Dance Pavilion kitchen freezer. Ordering ice in advance is strongly recommended; the ability to purchase ice on the day of the event is subject to availability and we often sell out.

 

The Dance Pavilion comes equipped with a countertop water cooler with 7 oz plastic cups. Oaks Park staff will refill the dispensers throughout the event as needed.

Alcohol Menu


Fees include equipment to keep drinks chilled. Kegs include 16 oz. plastic cups and cases of wine include 7 oz plastic cups. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Separate bartending fees of $38 per hour, per server apply to all events that are having alcohol.

Separate bartending fees of $38 per hour, per server apply to all events having alcohol. Alcohol service must end a minimum of 30 minutes before the event ends.

 

Homemade & Outside Catering


Outside Catering: You are welcome to hire an outside caterer. Outside caterers are defined as any entity not on our preferred list being paid to provide food/beverages (excluding grocers). Restaurants and food carts count as outside catering. All types of orders, including to-go, pick-up, drop-off, onsite service, etc., are subject to outside caterer requirements and fees. The outside catering fee is 20% of the caterer's invoice and is charged to the event organizer. The outside caterer must be expressly listed in your Event Reservation form. A minimum of 21 business days before the event, the outside caterer must complete a separate policy acknowledgment and supply a certificate of insurance. A minimum of 10 business days before the event, the outside caterer must provide a copy of their invoice directly to Oaks Park. Outside caterers may supply non-alcoholic beverages. They may not provide alcohol or pizza.

Homemade Food & Beverages: Private, invitation-only events may provide homemade food, and all events are welcome to provide their own non-alcoholic drinks with no additional fee required. You may use the Dance Pavilion kitchen appliances (excluding the coffee maker and dishwasher). A selection of serving ware and tableware is available to rent; see the additional rentals and services page. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
