Guest Guidelines

COVID Health and Safety

Masks are optional outdoors and are strongly recommended for guests that are unvaccinated or are at high risk of COVID-19.  Masks are required indoors for all guests five (5) years of age and older, and children between two (2) and five (5) years of age are strongly encouraged to wear a mask or face covering. All masks and face coverings should be family-appropriate and cover the wearer's nose and mouth, fit snuggly against the sides of the face, be made of breathable material, and be secured in place. Guests must supply their own mask or face covering.  Stay six (6) feet away from others outside of your party whenever possible.  Regularly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use hand sanitizer (60-95% alcohol content). DO NOT VISIT and call your health care provider if you have any COVID-19 symptoms (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of sense of taste or smell).

Service Animals and Pets

Friendly dogs are welcome when leashed.  Dogs must be attended at all times. No other animals are allowed except trained service animals. Care and clean-up are the responsibility of the handler. Please be aware that much of the surface in the park is paved and on hot days the pavement can reach temperatures too high for animal safety. For everyone's safety, pets are not permitted on attractions, on the mini golf course, or in the Roller Rink.

Strollers are available to rent from Guest Services. Oaks Park does not currently offer stroller parking at attractions. Baby changing stations are available in most restrooms. Nursing mothers, please inquire about privacy options at Guest Services.

Behavior & Dress Standards

All guests must maintain dress and behavior standards in accordance with the park's mission of providing a safe, wholesome, family atmosphere. No offensive language, gestures, or attire are permitted.

Line Jumping

Line jumping is not allowed. Line jumping is defined as cutting in front of other guests waiting in line, leaving a line then trying to re-enter the line at the same point, or saving a place for someone.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking is prohibited on the midway, in the Roller Rink, within Chipper's Woods miniature golf course, in the restrooms, and in parking lots near attractions. Your courtesy is appreciated.
