Tables and Chairs

71" Round Tables: Included with Rental

Seat 10 per table. Maximum of 30.

Chairs: Included with Rental

Black, padded folding chairs. Maximum of 300.

8' Long Tables: $13 each

The number of 8' tables available is limited; reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Linen

Event Staff

Service Personnel: $38 per person, per hour

From cake cutting to decorating our staff is available to help with your do-it-yourself needs. Must be contracted for a minimum of 3 hours in full-hour increments only.

Security Staff: $38 per person, per hour

Required for all events with 10 or more outside vendors/exhibitors. 3 hours minimum in full-hour increments only.

Group Parking

Event organizers are now able to cover parking fees for their guests! When you add Group Parking to your order, you will receive a unique event Group Code for your guests to enter at any onsite parking meter on the day of your event. When a guest uses that code, your card on file will be charged the parking fee instead of the guest having to enter their credit card info.

  • Your card will be charged at the daily rate for the total number of Group Code redemptions on the day of your event. That fee will be processed to the card on file in a single, lump-sum transaction within 14 business following of the event. You will receive an emailed receipt for that parking fee transaction.
  • You may opt to only cover a percentage of the parking fee. If you opt to cover a percentage rather than the full fee, after entering your Group Code at the parking meter your guests will be required to pay the balance using their credit or debit card. You are able to limit the number of times your code can be redeemed.
  • You will be responsible for distributing your code to your guests in advance of the event. You are responsible to ensure that only your invited guests are given that code; Oaks Park is not liable if uninvited individuals use your code.
  • Your guests will have in-and-out privileges on the day of the event; your card will not be charged multiple times if they come and go.
  • Parking spaces are available on a strict first-come, first-served basis and Group Codes do not guarantee access to a parking spot. Lots often fill to capacity on weekends and event days in the summer. Group Codes can only be used at the onsite meters and cannot be used through the online portal.
  • Parking fees are non-refundable; no exceptions.
  • If you wish to take advantage of the Group Parking offer, you must add that to your order a minimum of 28 business days before your event.
