Group Discount Ticketing Policies

Ride Bracelet Group Discount

Purchasing: A minimum purchase of 25 Ride Bracelets is required to qualify. Group Discount Ride Bracelets must be purchased through our Administration Office a minimum of 72 hours in advance; complete the Group Discount Request Form. Group Discount Bracelets cannot be purchased through the online store. Day-of/on-site group discounts are not available. The number of Group Discount Ride Bracelets available per day is limited. The discount is only valid for Ride Bracelets; no discount available on Under 48" Ride Bracelets or mini golf. Each rider must have their own Ride Bracelet; bracelets are non-transferable and are only valid for the original wearer. Transferred bracelets will be voided without refunds.

Non-profit Qualifications: To qualify for the non-profit rate, groups must purchase a minimum of 25 Ride Bracelets and provide a valid tax-exempt ID number at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Cancellations: Group Discount Ride Bracelets are non-refundable. Bracelets are only valid for the date/time set at the time of purchase. In cases of emergency, the date for the Group Discount Ride Bracelet validity may be rescheduled by emailing groupdiscounts@oakspark.com a minimum of 72 hours before the original reservation date/time.

Weather: Oaks Park is open rain or shine. There are no refunds, exchanges, or rain-checks.

Arrival Time: Ride bracelets are valid from 12-7 PM on the date designated at the time of purchase. You do not have to arrive at 12 PM; you may arrive anytime between 12 PM and 6 PM. The midway and the rides close at 7 PM.

Rider Requirements: Ride Bracelets allow unlimited access to the rides for the selected date during normal operating hours. Rider requirements and restrictions vary by ride; please visit our Ride Guide for details. Roller skating, miniature golf, and games are sold separately.

Food/Beverages: Midway concessions will be operational during all amusement park hours; view menu.  Guests are also welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the amusement park; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.  Tables on the midway are reserved for guests with purchases from our concessions.  A limited number of first-come, first-served picnic tables are available at the west edge of the park. Masks: Current State mandates require all individuals 5 and older, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask while both indoors and outdoors. Masks are also strongly encouraged for children 2-4 years old.

Open Skate Session Group Discount

Purchasing: A minimum purchase of 25 Open Skate admission tickets is required to qualify. Group Discount admission tickets must be purchased through our Administration Office a minimum of 72 hours in advance; complete the Group Discount Request Form. Group Discount admission tickets cannot be purchased through the online store. Day-of/on-site group discounts are not available. The number of Group Discount tickets available per session is limited. Each skater must have a ticket; non-skating chaperones/spectators are welcome at no charge.

Refunds and Cancellations: Group Discount Open Skate admission tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for the date/time set at the time of purchase. In cases of emergency, the date for the Group Discount ticket validity may be rescheduled by emailing groupdiscounts@oakspark.com a minimum of 72 hours before the original reservation date/time.

Skates: Conventional skate rental is included at no additional charge.  Specialty skates can be rented from the Skate Shop during your session (subject to availability) for an additional fee of $3-$4.  Personal skates are welcome, subject to inspection.

Music: Live Pipe Organ - SUN/THURS @ 7 PM.  Recorded Organ Music - SUN @ 12 PM and 3:30 PM.  All other sessions feature a mix of top-40s and retro hits.

Food/Beverages: Outside food/beverages are prohibited. The rink cafe will be operational during all Open Skate Sessions; view menu.

Safe Skating Practices: Headgear, headsets, Bluetooth headphones, and sunglasses may not be worn while roller skating. Hats may not be worn while skating except when secured with a hat clip. Loose items are not permitted on the skating floor, e.g., cell phones, cameras, stuffed animals, etc. Loose clothing draped around the body may not be taken on the skating floor. All guests must wear skates to be on the skating floor. For everyone's safety, the following behaviors are prohibited: jumping, fast or reckless skating, weaving, zigzagging, and practicing roller derby moves through traffic. Pushing, shoving, racing, chasing, or playing tag is not permitted anywhere in the Roller Rink. All skaters must keep moving while on the skating floor; skaters may not stop and stand along the sidewalls or eat and drink over the walls. No one may pick up and/or carry anyone while wearing skates, including parents of small children. Sitting on, or jumping over, the sidewalls is not allowed. Sitting on laps or showing excessive affection is not permitted. Violation of any of these rules may result in eviction from the premises without refunds. Report all conflicts and safety concerns to the staff.

Warm Weather Advisory: The Roller Rink does not have A/C. The main skating floor is cooled by a swamp cooler. Rick's Cafe is air-conditioned.
