Group Discount Ticketing Policies

Purchasing: A minimum purchase of 25 Ride Bracelets is required to qualify. Group Discount Ride Bracelets must be purchased through our Administration Office a minimum of 72 hours in advance; complete the Group Discount Request Form. Group Discount Bracelets cannot be purchased through the online store. Day-of/on-site group discounts are not available. Group Discount Ride Bracelet quantities are limited and subject to capacity restrictions. The discount is only valid for Ride Bracelets; no discount available on Under 48" Ride Bracelets, roller skating, or mini golf. Each rider must have their own Ride Bracelet; bracelets are non-transferable and are only valid for the original wearer. Transferred bracelets will be voided without refunds.

Non-profit Qualifications: To qualify for the non-profit rate, groups must purchase a minimum of 25 Ride Bracelets and provide a valid tax-exempt ID number at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Cancellations: Group Discount Ride Bracelets are non-refundable. Bracelets are only valid for the date/time set at the time of purchase. In cases of emergency, the date for the Group Discount Ride Bracelet validity may be rescheduled by emailing groupdiscounts@oakspark.com a minimum of 72 hours before the original reservation date/time.

Weather: Oaks Park is open rain or shine. There are no refunds, exchanges, or rain-checks.

Arrival Time: Ride bracelets are valid from 12-7 PM on the date designated at the time of purchase. You do not have to arrive at 12 PM; you may arrive anytime between 12 PM and 6 PM. The midway and the rides close at 7 PM.

Rider Requirements: Ride Bracelets allow unlimited access to the rides for the selected date during normal operating hours. Rider requirements and restrictions vary by ride; please visit our Ride Guide for details. Roller skating, miniature golf, and games are sold separately.

Food/Beverages: Midway concessions will be operational during all amusement park hours; view menu.  Guests are also welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the amusement park; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.  Tables on the midway are reserved for guests with purchases from our concessions.  A limited number of first-come, first-served picnic tables are available at the west edge of the park. COVID Mandates:  Masks are optional outdoors and are strongly recommended for guests that are unvaccinated or are at high risk of COVID-19. Masks are required indoors for all guests five (5) years of age and older, and children between two (2) and five (5) years of age are strongly encouraged to wear a mask or face covering. All masks and face coverings should be family-appropriate and cover the wearer's nose and mouth, fit snuggly against the sides of the face, be made of breathable material, and be secured in place. Guests must supply their own mask or face covering. Stay six (6) feet away from others outside of your party whenever possible. Regularly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use hand sanitizer (60-95% alcohol content). Do not visit and call your health care provider if you have any COVID-19 symptoms (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of sense of taste or smell).
