With Kinderplatz children's activities, wiener dog races, Main Festhalle Fun & Games, the Vendor Village, cooking demonstrations, and, of course, Oaks Park's famous rides, mini golf, carnival games, and Roller Rink, there is so much to do at Oktoberfest!

Vendor Application

We are now accepting vendor space applications for the 2023 festival!

Standard Booth: Craft: $175, Corporate: $275
Double Booth: Craft: $275, Corporate: $275
Do-it-Yourself Booth: Craft: $150, Corporate: $250
Do-it-Yourself Double Booth: Craft: $250, Corporate: $350
Food Vendors: 20% of Gross Sales

Craft Vendors are entities with a single location and less than 50 employees and home-based businesses. Corporate Vendors are entities with multiple locations or who employ 50 or more people. Standard booths include a 10'X10' tent with 3 sidewalls, one 8' table, two chairs, electricity, lighting, and a business name sign. Do-it-yourself booths include electricity and a business name sign; the vendor will provide their own 10'X10' tent, tables, chairs, etc. Double booths are 10'X20'. Food Vendors must pay a $100 non-refundable deposit that will be credited toward the 20% fee. Priority is given to Food Vendors serving German cuisine.
