Mini Golf Course Private Rental Policies


Price: Private Golf Course Rental is $140 per hour for up to 10 players. Additional players may be added at a rate of $14 per skater, per hour by emailing events@oakspark.com a minimum of 3 business days before the event.

Number of Players: You may have fewer than 10 players, but will be charged for a minimum of 10. The maximum number of players during a private rental is 50.

Reservations: Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 business days in advance. Requests must be made through our online request form. Completion of the request form does not guarantee your reservation. You will be contacted by our staff to finalize your reservation.

Payment: The full rental fee is due at the time of booking. Only credit/debit cards or Oaks Park Chipper Cards will be accepted at onsite registers; no cash sales.

Credit Card Authorization Form: In order to set your reservation, you must complete and submit a Credit Card Authorization Form to be kept on file through the date of your visit. You may pay using another means, but a valid credit card form to keep on file must be provided even when paying by cash or check, no exceptions. The credit card on file must have an expiration date that falls after the date of your scheduled rental.

Non-players: Guests who are not playing golf are welcome to enter the course at no charge (subject to capacity limitations).

Equipment: Rental includes a club, ball, and scorecard for each player. Personal clubs and balls are welcome. Balls that leave the course or land in the water may not be retrievable.

Food & Beverages: Food and beverages are not allowed on the golf course. Oaks Park's concessions will be closed during your rental. You may bring your own homemade food and non-alcoholic beverages; there are first-come, first-served picnic tables at the south end of the park. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Trash: Trash and recycling receptacles are provided by Oaks Park near the golf course. Trash/recycling will be removed by Oaks Park staff throughout the event.

Restrooms: The restrooms near the Roller Rink front entrance will be available during the private rental. Oaks Park staff will stock/tidy the restrooms as needed.

Pets: For everyone's safety and enjoyment, pets are not permitted on the golf course. Service animals may escort their owners.

Retail Parking: Parking fees now apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking fees are per day and are only payable onsite via self-service parking meters or on your mobile device at t2p.mobi/oaks1905. Only credit/debit cards are accepted for payment of parking fees. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served and the lot frequently fills to capacity; do not purchase your parking until you have a parking space onsite. There are no refunds. Failure to pay the parking fee will result in penalties. Carpooling is strongly recommended.

Peak Rate: $5

Peak Rates are in effect before 4:45 PM on all Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays during the amusement park season. Complimentary bus parking is available when arranged in advance. The parking lot is private property and is only available to visitors of Oaks Park. Vehicles not parked in designated parking stalls and those that block the flow of traffic will be towed at the owner’s expense. The closest bus stop is approximately 1 mile away; visit the Tri-Met trip planner to plan your route. Bike racks are available near the Roller Rink. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Group Parking: You can cover the parking fees for your guests by adding Group Parking to your order. You will choose a unique alphanumeric Group Parking Code which your guests to enter at any onsite parking meter on the day of your event (3 character minimum, 10 character maximum). Within 14 business days after the event, your card on file will be charged at the daily rate for the total number of times your code is redeemed. Each vehicle will only be able to redeem the code once. You can limit the number of vehicles that may redeem your code. You will be responsible for distributing your code to your guests in advance of the event. You are responsible for ensuring that only your invited guests are given the code; Oaks Park is not liable if uninvited individuals use your code. Parking spaces are available on a strict first-come, first-served basis and Group Parking Codes do not guarantee access to a parking spot. Lots often fill to capacity on weekends and event days in the summer. Group Parking Codes cannot be used through the online portal. Parking fees are non-refundable; no exceptions. Group Parking must be added to your order a minimum of 28 business days before your event.

Prohibited Items: Fireworks, weapons, drugs (including marijuana), and personal alcoholic beverages are prohibited on Oaks Park property. Individuals under the influence may not be allowed to stay. Water balloons, water slides, dunk tanks, chalk (sidewalk chalk, spray chalk, etc.), hay/haybales, sawdust/bark dust, piñatas, bubble machines, glitter/confetti of any kind, pyrotechnics, raw rice, hammocks, fog machines, and inflatables/bounce houses are also not allowed.

Weather: Oaks Park is open rain or shine. When an extreme heat warning is in effect, the park may close early. There are no weather-related refunds, exchanges, or rain checks.

Refunds and Cancellations: Rental fees are non-refundable. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the fee. In cases of emergency, reservations may be rescheduled by emailing weborders@oakspark.com a minimum of 72 hours before the date/time listed on your ticket.

Public Events: Additional rules, requirements, and fees apply to events that are open to the public. All public events must supply a certificate of insurance naming Oaks Park Association as a certificate holder. Contact us for more info.
