Parking fees are per day and are only payable onsite via self-service parking meters or on your mobile device at t2p.mobi/oaks1905. Only credit/debit cards are accepted for payment of parking fees. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served and the lot frequently fills to capacity; do not purchase your parking online until you have a parking space onsite. There are no refunds. Failure to pay the parking fee will result in penalties. Carpooling is strongly recommended.

Daily Base Rate: $3
Daily Peak Rate: $5
Monthly Unlimited Permit: $13
Quarterly Unlimited Permit: $33

Peak Rates are in effect before 4:45 PM on all Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays during the amusement park season. Monthly/quarterly permits allow for unlimited parking, subject to parking space availability at the time of arrival, and are only available online at tocite.net/oakspark/Portal. Complimentary bus parking is available when arranged in advance. The parking lot is private property and is only available to visitors of Oaks Park.  Vehicles not parked in designated parking stalls and those that block the flow of traffic will be towed at the owner’s expense. The closest bus stop is approximately 1 mile away; visit the Tri-Met trip planner to plan your route. Bike racks are available near the Ferris Wheel. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Group Parking: Event organizers can cover the parking fees for their guests by adding Group Parking to the event order. You will receive a unique event code for your guests to enter at our onsite kiosks on the day of your event. When a guest uses that code, your card on file will be charged the parking fee instead of the guest having to enter their credit card info.

Your card will be charged at the maximum daily rate for the total number of code redemptions on the day of your event. That fee will be processed to the card on file in a single, lump-sum transaction within 14 business days of the event and you will receive an emailed receipt for that parking fee transaction.
You may opt to cover either the full parking fee or a percentage of the parking fee; if you opt to cover a percentage of the fee, after entering your code at the parking meter your guests will be required to pay the balance using their credit or debit card. You are able to limit the number of times your code can be redeemed.
You may choose any alphanumeric code you like (max 10 characters) for your unique event code. You will be responsible for distributing your code to your guests in advance of the event. You are responsible to ensure that only your invited guests are given that code; Oaks Park is not liable if uninvited individuals use your code.
Parking spaces are available on a strict first-come, first-served basis and Group Codes do not guarantee access to a parking spot. Lots often fill to capacity on weekends and event days in the summer. Group Codes can only be used at the onsite kiosks and cannot be used through the online portal.
Parking fees are non-refundable; no exceptions.
If you wish to take advantage of the Group Parking Code offer, you must add that to your order by the deadline for your full event details (28 business days before the event).

Loading/Unloading: Vehicle access to your picnic area is strictly limited to vehicles that need to unload supplies. You must have an Oaks Park staff escort to drive to or from the picnic area; call 503-863-0613 to request a staff escort. Only 1 vehicle at a time may access the area, with a max of 3 vehicles total per event space being allowed, in turn, to unload. Please plan to load your materials into as few vehicles as possible to help keep the unloading process as efficient as possible for everyone. Vehicles must move to general parking immediately after unloading. For events with more than 10 third-party exhibitors/vendors, Oaks Park Security personnel must be hired at the retail rate to direct and oversee loading/unloading at the building. At any time, for the safety of park-goers, vehicle access to the event spaces may be limited or suspended. Oversized vehicles are not able to access the picnic areas.

Animals: Friendly dogs and service animals are welcome when leashed and attended at all times. Owners must clean up after their animals. Animals are not permitted on any attractions.

Damage: You assume the financial responsibility for repairs to and/or replacement of Oaks Park property that is damaged as the result of negligence or misuse on the part of the event organizers or guests.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: You may cancel your event up until 28 business days before the event date without financial obligation beyond the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations requested less than 28 business days before the event date will forfeit the non-refundable deposit and the card on file will be billed for any staff time or hard costs incurred in preparation for the event. You may reschedule your event up to 28 business days before the event and the deposit will transfer to the new date. Events cannot be rescheduled within 28 business days of the event date.
