This event is for guests 18 and older only; an ID check is required for age verification.
RCSJ is recommended for experienced skaters only.
Everyone must have skates on to enter the skating floor.
The number of admission tickets offered per session/workshop is limited; you must purchase tickets online to guarantee admission. Tickets are available for online purchase starting 120 days in advance. Walk-in purchasing is subject to availability.

A ticket is required for each person who is skating. Tickets are only valid for the selected session/workshop and cannot be used for a different day/time.
Oaks Park only accepts card payments at all locations, including ticketing windows, games, concessions, retail locations, parking meters, etc. You can pay for purchases using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, a debit or prepaid card, or a Chipper Card. Select locations also accept Apple Pay and Android Pay.
What if I only have cash?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets are only valid for the date/time/activity set at the time of purchase.
In cases of emergency, tickets may be rescheduled to another RCSJ session or workshop with an equal or lesser admission fee by emailing weborders@oakspark.com at least 72 hours before the date/time on the ticket.
A limited quantity of rental skates will be available during the 9:30 PM session on Thursday and the 7 PM session on Sunday. When admission tickets are purchased online, standard skate rental is included for those sessions; at-the-door ticket purchases are subject to a rental fee of $1 for Standard Skates. Low-profile/Artistic Skates are $3 to rent, and Inline Skates are $5.
For all other sessions and for all workshops, attendees must bring their own skates.
Personal skates are subject to inspection.
Spectators are not permitted; everyone attending must be on skates and have a ticket to the session/workshop taking place.
Roller skating is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury; by participating, you assume the risk of injury.
All visitors participating in roller skating must complete a waiver. A parent or guardian must fill out waivers for minors. Any individual who does not have a waiver on file will not be able to skate.
Please submit your waiver before you arrive at the rink. Waivers are valid for 90 days from the date of submission.
Headgear, headsets, Bluetooth headphones, and sunglasses may not be worn while roller skating. Hats may not be worn while skating except when secured with a hat clip. Loose items, such as cell phones, cameras, stuffed animals, etc., are prohibited on the skating floor. Loose clothing draped around the body may not be taken on the skating floor.
All guests must wear skates to be on the skating floor. For everyone's safety, the following behaviors are prohibited: jumping, fast or reckless skating, weaving, zigzagging, and practicing roller derby moves through traffic. Pushing, shoving, racing, chasing, or playing tag is prohibited in the Roller Rink. All skaters must keep moving while on the skating floor; skaters may not stop and stand along the sidewalls or eat and drink over the walls.
No one, including parents of small children, may pick up and/or carry anyone while wearing skates. Sitting on or jumping over the sidewalls is not allowed, and sitting on laps or showing excessive affection is not permitted.
Guests wearing hard casts will not be permitted to skate. Other injuries/conditions may also limit the ability to participate.
Violating these rules may result in eviction from the premises without refunds. Report all conflicts and safety concerns to the staff.
Outside food/beverages are prohibited.
The rink cafe is open during select session hours; view menu. Cards and mobile pay are the only forms of payment accepted at the cafe counter. The cafe counter is closed during the workshops.
Card-operated vending machines are available during all sessions/workshops.
Food and beverages must be kept within the cafe at all times.

The arcade will be open during select session hours. Cards are the only form of payment accepted at the games.
Coin-operated lockers are available.
Sometime in 2025, lockers will be updated to only accept tokens that can be purchased at the Box Office or Skate Shop; check back soon for updates.
When you purchase an admission ticket for the Thursday 9:30 PM-12 AM session, your ticket includes early admission to the Open Skate session starting at 7:00 PM, which features the famous Wurlitzer pipe organ.
Some workshops take place in the newly renovated Historic Dance Pavilion located to the southwest of the Roller Rink.
Food and beverages (except water bottles) are prohibited in the Dance Pavilion.
All RCSJ participants are invited to a community picnic at the amusement park on Saturday afternoon from 12:30 to 5 PM.
The picnic is only open to guests with tickets to an RCSJ session and/or workshop. There is no admission charge for the picnic.
The event will feature a mini golf tournament. Tickets are $15 per person or $50 for a team of 4. Participation is limited to 72 participants.

The Roller Rink does not have A/C. The main skating floor is cooled by a swamp cooler. Rick's Cafe and the Dance Pavilion are air-conditioned.
A daily parking fee of $4 per vehicle applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The fee is payable onsite via self-service parking meters or on your mobile device. Only credit, debit, and prepaid cards are accepted at the parking meters. Chipper cards are not accepted at the parking meters. There are no refunds.
Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and the lot frequently fills to capacity; do not purchase parking until you are parked onsite. Carpooling is strongly recommended.
The lot is private property and is only available to Oaks Park visitors. Vehicles not parked in designated parking stalls and those blocking the flow of traffic will be towed by A&B Towing at the owner’s expense.
Failure to pay the parking fee will result in penalties. Rates are subject to change without notice.
VIP and VIP+ Tickets include complimentary parking.
For frequent visitors, monthly/quarterly unlimited parking permits are available. Parking permits are only available online.
Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and the lot frequently fills to capacity; permit parking is subject to parking space availability at the time of arrival. Vehicles not parked in designated parking stalls and those blocking traffic flow will be towed by A&B Towing at the owner’s expense.
Complimentary bus parking is available when arranged in advance.
Complimentary bike racks are available near the Roller Rink.
Use a secure bike lock; Oaks Park is not responsible for loss or damage.
