Amusement Park Hours

During the month of October, the rides, mini golf, and games are only open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings from 6-10 PM, as listed above; we do not have daytime amusement park hours separate from the ScareGrounds event.
Scare actors and frightening features are interspersed throughout the midway in close proximity to the rides, games, etc. Visiting during ScareGrounds is recommended only for those 13 and older.
The final operating day of our 2026 season is October 31, 2026. The park will reopen for Oregon Spring Break on March 20, 2027.

Our business office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM-4 PM, excluding holidays.

Parking & Directions
Located 10 minutes from downtown Portland at the east end of the Sellwood Bridge. Daily parking fees of up to $5 apply.

Shaky Grounds Escape Room
Side Quest Escape Games is now at Oaks Park, offering a 1-hour escape room experience, the Shaky Grounds Cafe: The escape room about Emergency Preparedness. An escape game (also commonly referred to as an escape room) is a live-action, cooperative puzzle game with a story and a goal. Shaky Grounds Cafe is the first escape room of its kind - a fun and engaging escape game that teaches players lifesaving skills all in a mobile trailer. Created and operated by Emmy-winning production designer Tyler B. Robinson.
Operating Hours
- WED & THU: 11 AM-8:30 PM
- FRI-SAT: 11 AM-10:30 PM
- SUN: 11 AM-8:30 PM
Closed MON/TUE. The final game starts 90 minutes before close. Online reservations are required to guarantee admission.
Tickets are $40 per player with a 3-player minimum and an 8-player maximum. The escape room is appropriate for ages 12 and up. Younger guests are welcome with an attentive guardian. Guests under 18 require adult supervision.
