Open Skate Session Ticketing Policies

Purchasing Tickets: Everyone must purchase a ticket to enter the building, including non-skaters and chaperoning parents. Tickets must be purchased online and are available 21 days in advance.  If you wish to use a Chipper Card to book your tickets, call 503-233-5777 or email M-F between 9 AM and 4 PM.

Refunds and Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for the date/time listed on your ticket. In cases of emergency, tickets may be rescheduled by emailing a minimum of 72 hours before the date/time listed on your ticket.

Skates: Conventional skate rental is included at no additional charge.  Specialty skates are available to rent at the Skate Shop during your session (subject to availability) for an additional fee of $3.00-$4.00.  Personal skates are welcome, subject to inspection.

Music: Live Pipe Organ - SUN/TH @ 8 PM.  Recorded Organ Music - SUN @ 12:30 PM, 3 PM, and 5 PM.  All other sessions feature a mix of top-40s and retro hits.

Food/Beverages: Outside food/beverages are prohibited. The rink cafe will be operational during all Open Skate Session; view menu.

COVID Mandates: Masks and social-distancing are required. Should COVID mandates impact our ability to honor your tickets, you will receive an Oaks Park gift card in the value of the ticket fee.   Capacity limitations may be increased or decreased based on evolving COVID mandates.

Roller Rink Passes: During limited capacity operations, we are not able to accept passes, including punch passes, at the Roller Rink. You may cash out your punch pass ($6.75 per remaining session) for a Chipper Card by scheduling a time to bring in your punch pass to make the exchange.
