Extended rink hours for Washington Spring Break
We welcome our neighbors to the north for extra time on the rink and a little extra savings to make Spring Break big fun! Whether you’re planning a family outing, a day with friends, or just looking for a fun way to stay active during the break, our extended rink hours give you more chances to make memories together.

April 8
During the 7-9:30 PM Open Skate Session
Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month DJ Maxx Bass spins the raddest jams from the rink’s golden era—1970 through 1999. From disco grooves to hair-band anthems, hip-hop beats, and boy-band bops, it’s the soundtrack that defined a generation (or two).
Rock your flannels, JNCO jeans, windbreakers—or even your full disco sparkle. Whether you’re serving Saturday Night Fever or Saved by the Bell, you’ll fit right in as we rewind to the days before TikTok trends!

April 10
During the 7-10:30 PM Open Skate Session
Turn down the lights and turn up the fun— we're lighting up your Friday night! Roll beneath neon lights and flashing colors as the rink turns into a neon party the 2nd Friday of the month, every month, October through April!
Every admission comes with a free glow stick, so you’ll be ready to shine the moment you hit the floor. Plus, keep an eye out for our Black Out Skate specials, when the lights drop even lower and the glow takes over for an extra electric skating experience.

Wednesdays
During Preschool Skate from 10-11:30 AM
We are proud to offer a special sensory-sensitive skate time with lower music volume so little ears aren’t overwhelmed, no disco lights, keeping the atmosphere soft and stead, and a quiet sensory play space, perfect for downtime when kids need a moment away from the action
This session is open to children 10 and younger, with a focus on the fun of skating in a calm setting that feels safe, welcoming, and relaxed.

Tuesdays & Wednesdays
10-11:30 AM • 6 & Younger
Twice a week, kiddos 6 and under (plus their families) get the whole rink to themselves for a skating adventure sized just right for toddlers.
Each session is designed to help little ones build confidence on wheels and includes a 15-minute group lesson to practice balance, stopping, a snack break to recharge growing skaters, and a cuddly visit from our mascot, Chipper the Squirrel! Because every big skater starts small—let’s roll into fun together!
Admission: $13 per child
One adult skates FREE with each paid child. Older siblings may join in with their preschooler (admission rate applies).

Step into the rink after hours for an adult-only night of skating, music, and good vibes. Join your friends and other local skaters as talented DJs spin a mix of tracks that feels more like a club on wheels than a skate session
This is the perfect way to unwind, move to the beat, and enjoy a unique late-night experience at Oaks Park.

We're charting a course for a night of smooth sailing that's efforlessly cool with the coastal classics of the '70s and '80s—a night where the drinks are cold, the grooves are smooth, and the soundtrack is nothing but silky soft rock perfection.
Roll to a curated mix of yacht rock favorites—the breezy harmonies of the Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan, the polished cool of Michael McDonald and Kenny Loggins, and the easygoing magic of Christopher Cross and Toto—all flowing together with tropical-inspired cocktails and sparkling drinks for one endlessly mellow, sing-along-worthy skate night just for skaters 21 & older.

Pile into the Delorean—we're hitting 88 MPH and heading back in time to the golden age of roller skating. 97.1 Charlie FM presents one unforgettable night of awesome retro fun. Big hair? Check. Leg warmers? Double check. Your favorite ’80s jams blasting as you glide under the disco lights? You know it!
From synth-pop classics and pop thrillers to hair bands and dance floor fillers, we’ve got all the tunes that made the decade totally tubular. Dust off your raddest retro threads, bring your gnarly moves, and get ready to roll through the decade of excess! Buy ticket online and admission includes a $3 game credit for the rink's old school arcade!
