Special guests from the Royal Rosarians will introduce our beautiful new Roller Rink entryway mural as you enter the rink from 7-8 PM. Design by local artist Nick Lee. The new mural is funded in part by the
Take a Photo with Chipper the Squirrel
Put your right foot in and join Chipper on the skating floor at 7:40 PM for a birthday-party edition of the Hokey Pokey! After the song and dance are done, follow everyone's favorite squirrel into Rick's Cafe, where Chipper will be posing for photos and greeting guests until 9:15 PM.
Enjoy FREE Party Hats & Birthday Cake
Celebrate our big day in style! Pick up a complimentary party hat as you enter the rink, then join us at 8:30 PM in Rick's Cafe for a slice of our birthday cake. Hats and cake are available while supplies last.
Experience the Power of the Pipe Organ
Oaks Park is the last roller skating rink in the world with a pipe organ. Just before 8:30 PM, the mighty Wurlitzer fires up to play a booming, rafter-shaking version of Happy Birthday.
Skate Games + Live DJ
We've filled the evening with the classics that have delighted generations of skaters, from Pace Skate to Couples' Only and all your other session favorites in between. Relive your favorite roller rink memories as a live DJ keeps the party rolling with timeless skate hits and sing-along favorites.
