Open since 1906, Oaks Park Roller Rink is the oldest rink in the country! Select Open Skate Sessions feature a live DJ and skate games.  On Thursday night and at both sessions on Sunday, the 1926 Wurlitzer Pipe Organ plays. 

All skaters must complete a waiver. Waivers for minors must be completed by a parent or guardian. Non-skating spectators are welcome at no charge.

For one night only, 94/7 Alternative Portland takes over the rink, proving once and for all that it wasn't just a phase... it's the soundtrack of your life. 2Raw PDX Skate Club is turning up the energy with an exclusive late-night, after-hours skating experience you won’t want to miss! It's time to relive spring break at the dawn of the new millennium—the chaos, the coolness, and the carefree days when VJs broadcast the fun straight to your dorm room for a full week every March.

Connect with other homeschoolers and have active, indoor fun with the local homeschooling community at this specialty session just for at-home learners and their families.

Session takes place during the school year, September 15, 2025-June 1, 2026. First Mondays feature fun and engaging STEM activities that teach important principles in a real-world setting.

DJ Glyde spins the best of soul, R&B, and funk every Sunday night during our new weekly adult skate session.

You must have your own skates to attend; rental skates are not available. This session is recommended for experienced skaters only.

SMOOTH GROOVE POLICIES

for up to 12 skaters

Additional skaters are $16 per person, per hour.

Rental includes standard skate rental and a choice of playlist, or bring your own playlist for the ultimate personalized experience!

Non-profit rate rentals and large group rentals of 51+ skaters must book through the administration office; request now.

Games & Arcades

$1-$5 per play

The Roller Rink redemption arcade is open during all public skating sessions.

A player card loaded with game credit is required to play arcade games. Self-service player card kiosks are available in the arcade.

Our midway games are currently closed for the winter and will reopen on March 21, 2026. 2026 offerings and prices coming soon.

Punch Pass

$110 for 10 Session Admissions

A perfect option for roller skating enthusiasts who visit the rink regularly!  Our 10-session punch pass is a $20 savings from regular admission rates. There are no blackout dates and passes never expire.

Valid for Open Skate or Specialty sessions.  Not valid for classes, private rentals, birthday packages, or special event admission.

Punch passes are only available at the Roller Rink Box Office or Skate Shop.

Parking fees apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Daily parking fees must be paid onsite at parking meters or through the online portal.  Only credit, debit, and prepaid cards are accepted at the parking meters.

Quarterly: $33

Parking permits allow for unlimited parking for the registered vehicle for the duration of the permit validity. Ideal for frequent visitors and Roller Rink regulars!

Permits are available for online purchase only. Parking is subject to availability; there is no reserved parking. No overnight parking.  Parking permit autorenewal is available.

If you’re only planning to enjoy a few attractions, Chipper Bucks are a great option.

Rides require 5–10 Chipper Bucks per ride.

Chipper Bucks are loaded to a reusable card that can be used throughout the park, including rides, games, concessions, mini golf, the Roller Rink, and the gift shop, making them a flexible choice for your visit.

Celebrating the end of the school year at Oaks Park has been a right-of-passage for Oregon's school kids for generations!
